Images disappearing from the rider.

Hi everyone.

I opened an old rider to reuse some details for another band and noticed that the (custom) images of the guitar and bass amps had disappeared from the stage plot.

It must be a bug in the program.

I’ve attached photos to show the issue.

    Hello Titio, we've checked by replicating your rider in our system and we see that some custom images aren't showing up because you deleted them from the "Custom" section.

    If you delete the images there, they'll also be deleted from your riders.

      I hadn't actually thought of that, and I think I did delete some images.

      But... I didn't delete those two images from the Custom section, as you can see in the image below.

      I’ve added them back to the Rider where they had disappeared from.

      I never deleted the bass and guitar amp images, and they are always marked as favorites.

      While we're on the subject, what do you think about increasing the number of Custom images? Especially now that we know that if we delete the figure from the library, it disappears from the saved Rider.

      Which makes sense.

        Hello Titio, could it be that you deleted the image from the "Custom" section and then recreated it? Yesterday we thoroughly investigated the database, and the missing images in the rider didn't appear to exist in your user "Custom" section either.

        Regarding increasing the number of images, we can consider the impact on software performance and decide.

        If you'd like, you can start a new thread with this suggestion so other users can vote on it as well.

          Hello mcidesarrollo.

          I’m not absolutely certain about the specific instance, but since I never saved those two images, it’s highly unlikely I would have gone through the entire process again, including searching for and cropping the same images from the internet.

          I will certainly be much more mindful of this moving forward.

          I’m going to start a thread about increasing the number of custom images for Premium subscribers.
