Ask Rider when we start the program.
I think it's unnecessary to be asked whether to save or discard the recent document when we enter the program. To make it faster, we could open an empty Rider at that time, or we could save a favorite Rider to be opened when we enter the program. What do you think?

Hello Titio, thanks for your suggestion!
The program asks because there are items on the screen, and you have to decide whether to save them or discard them to load another rider (not actually the most recent rider), but we've taken note of your suggestion and will analyze how we could simplify this without removing the ability to save what's on the screen at startup.

Hi mcidesarrollo. Right, but usually when we open a program, it opens empty. It's strange to receive a warning if you want to save something when we start it. This is normal when we ask to close a program. I think it would be interesting to open it directly with an empty document, or to ask if you want to open my favorite Rider. There could even be a button to open the favorite Rider (default) next to the new Rider button, on the main page of Rider. But... to open this favorite Rider, while another Rider is open, there would have to be a warning if you want to save the current Rider before opening the favorite Rider. Thanks for listening to our suggestions.

Hello Titio, this feature was created because many users create a rider by dragging items onto the stage without logging in.
Then, to save, they realize they need to log in, and once logged in, if we set the rider to blank to start, they would lose all the work they had done.
Therefore, if there are stage items in the browser's temporary memory, it asks if you want to save them. A possible solution would be for the program to compare the stage items in that temporary memory. And if it's exactly the same as one of the user's riders, it doesn't ask anymore.

Ahhhh. Right. I certainly won't need this function, since I only start assembling the Rider after entering the program. I'm always using "Discard".

Hello Titio, we've implemented a new check that compares whether the current rider on screen (in the browser's memory) already exists among your other riders.
If it exists, it selects it, loads it automatically, and closes the rider list dialog box. However, if there have been changes to the original or it's a new rider, it will ask you what you want to do.
We believe the user experience is now much simpler and more fluid, meeting all user needs.
Could you try it and tell us your experience, please?

Hello mcidesarrollo.
I tried everything here to open it directly and I couldn't. The question always appears if I want to save.
I cleared the browser history. The question appears.
I opened a Rider, didn't change anything, logged out. I closed the browser, and opened it again, logging in, and the message appears if I want to save before logging in.
I opened the Rider, saved again, logged out, closed the browser, opened it again and logged in, but the question if I want to save before logging in appeared once again. What I found strange was that when I logged out, some items disappeared from my Rider. And when I went to log in, the Rider that appeared was the one with missing items, and the message to save also appears.
I hope the translator helped with this message.
Did you understand? Best regards.

Hello Titio, we're testing and the new version is working without prompting even when the rider has the same name and stage plot.
It's possible you're not using the new version of RiderMaker. To load the new version of the program, press CTRL+F5 or SHIFT+the browser's reload button.
Can you try it and let us know if it works this way?

Hi mcidesarrollo.
It didn't work. Is this procedure you mentioned before I log in, or when I'm logged in?
I did both options, and it didn't work.
It only works when I open my empty Rider and exit the program.
When I try to log in again, the message doesn't appear.
It logs in directly, with my empty Rider open.
With the other Rider I have, when I log out, some items on the map disappear. That must be why the message appears when I log in again.
Thanks again.

Hello Titio, thank you very much!
We're checking, but everything is working fine for us, and we don't understand what your problem is.
We need to understand and replicate the problem to solve it. Please send us a video showing the unexpected behavior to support@ridermaker.com, or send us screenshots, and we'll work on it.
If you don't know any tools to capture video of your screen, we recommend the Chrome extensions "Screencastify," "Awesome Screen Recorder," and "NeetoRecord."

Hi mcidesarrollo. I did another test and it worked. I have an empty Rider, with only my logo. I called this Rider, didn't change anything and logged out. I closed the browser. I opened the browser again, and my empty Rider appears. I logged in, and went straight in without seeing the question asking if I wanted to save before logging in. But when I log out with the other Rider open, like the one I have here for testing, even without making any changes, and still saving again, the message asking if I want to save before logging in appears when I log in. Thanks for the feedback.
